Petit Manseng is a really interesting white grape most commonly found in South West France. Because of their unusually thick skins, Petit Manseng grapes are able to be left on the vine for an extended period to shrivel in the sun. This then concentrates their sugar content (like raisins), leaving the finishing wines deliciously sweet.
